iMigrate - Designing Trust from Zero
Overview
Millions of Latino immigrants in the U.S. face a complex, expensive, and intimidating legal process to regularize their immigration status. Traditional options meant hiring an attorney — costly, slow, and often inaccessible.
iMigrate was built from scratch as a self-management platform that guides users step by step through their immigration case — turning a process full of anxiety into a guided, affordable, and empowering experience.

The Process
The Problem
Users were abandoning the process, not because of price, but because of fear. 24% of refunds came from in-app insecurity. 69% of users escalated to support during their journey, generating an average of 5 support emails per case. 81% of those escalations were informational questions, not technical errors.
The interface wasn't broken it just wasn't answering basic questions. Users felt lost, confused by legal language, and unsure what to do next. That anxiety was costing real revenue.
